| At present I do not know how MEB will be communicating with all the residents, as I don't think they will be sending out any News From The Office newsletters. This will become clearer in Jan. You might also mention that MEB will no longer accept cash for lot rent payments, and they will not be giving out receipts for checks or money orders.

K & K management and Park Tennant Association, Inc has come to agreement on specific issues that have been discussed during the past two years. We appreciate the courtesy shown by the Owner Jeff Sherman and Manager Pat Smith to meet and discuss these issues and to agree on a solution between both parties. We have agreed to the following:
Yard Maintenance pertaining to shelled lots, will be sprayed for weeds for the 2009 season, however a joint letter from management and the PTA, will address shelled lots that have not been property installed with a barrier between the ground and shell. The lots in question will receive a letter from management , and will need to prepare their lot with a barrier before December 31, 2009, or arrange for private spraying for weeds year round .
Proper prepared shelled lots will be sprayed on a yearly basis. Driveway cracks and sidewalk cracks will also get weed killer applied. The decision made to spray weed killer on rock and shell lots will not hold K&K responsible for death to plants, shrubs, & trees planted directly into the shell or rock. K&K will not spray to designated flower beds, front planters, or shelled driveways.
Yard Maintenance pertaining to grass lots, K&K will be using mulching mowers and will adjust the height of the blades to a ( 2 ) inch cut length, also regular mowers with blades will have their discharge chute closed as not to discharge cuttings into flower beds, resulting in less blowing of cutting debris.
Proposed New Rules and Regulations will be sent out in September. 90 day notification as agreed upon by management and the PTA. They will be included in your 2010 rental agreements.
A fall Newsletter and a Resident PTA meeting will be scheduled to explain some of the changes.
